It's such a violent act but when the stomach has lost control and can no longer contain, it must be forced out, released, emptied... my poor esophagus.
5 hours of bliss in the sun led to 6 hours of hell hugging the toilet. Dehydration is a bitch!
It's only the beginning of an end. Completely empty, time to rebuild, replenish the soul.

My 10 year old sister stole my phone. The whole time I thought she was using it to play games, but then later I found a saved text in my draft box:
"Bye judy miss you so much love u and say HI to linda and chris for me bye love u haved so much fun with u. Thanks for helping me swim im starting to get the hang of this not that scared though. so bye talk to u guys soon love u bye. hey maybe if kathy come to LA see you there maybe so bye had so much fun see ya. Love Cindy hugs."
